Long Island Industrial Management, LLC was formed with one goal: deliver a standard of professional excellence that would make us the preferred choice for innovative, growth‐oriented businesses. Since our inception, we've never slackened in our pursuit of that goal, which has led to our becoming one of the Long Island's largest commercial real estate owners.

Our portfolio includes eight buildings in Ronkonkoma's prestigious industrial center Equi‐Park, as well as prime facilities in Deer Park, Farmingdale, Hicksville, Huntington, Plainview, Syosset, and Yaphank. They vary in size from 14,000 to over 235,000 square feet, and can be customized to meet the most exacting specifications.
